Myrna Castañón is a labor and employment attorney with 16+ years of experience. Ms. Castañón has litigated federal, state and administrative cases in Northern and Southern California. Shortly after graduating from law school, Ms. Castañón worked as an associate at Kazan, McClain, Edises, Simon & Abrams, where she practiced products liability litigation. After working in the private sector, she worked in the public sector and specialized in Labor & Employment.
Ms. Dominguez graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with Outstanding Achievement for her Pro Bono work. During her time as a student at UC Hastings, Ms. Dominguez joined the Legal Aid Society – Employment Law Center, where she counseled clients at the Workers’ Rights Clinic. She also served as the student representative and Vice President of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation and as a student volunteer for the Justice & Diversity Center’s Legal Advice and Referral Clinic, the Hastings Homeless Legal Services Clinic, and the General Assistance Advocacy Project. Ms. Dominguez competed in the Roger J. Traynor California Appellate Moot Court Competition. She received the Hastings David E. Snodgrass Competition Award for outstanding oral advocacy.
